The situation

Before the System.

Operating a charging network requires several functions to work together: the stations must be monitored, drivers need a way to locate a charger and start a session, payments must be collected, and the operator must account for every session. Handled through separate tools, these functions leave gaps. A station fault is reported by a customer, and session and payment records are matched by hand.

What we built

The Solution Delivered.

WCube delivered a single platform for the Axintech charging network. Charging stations connect to it directly and report their status continuously. Drivers use a mobile application to find a station, start and stop a session and pay. The operator console covers stations, sessions, tariffs, users and payments, so the network is managed from one screen.

The outcome

The Results.

Axintech runs its charger network, driver application, payments and operations on one platform. Each charging session is linked to its payment, station status is visible in real time, and the operations team can act on a fault without waiting for a customer report. Reporting is drawn from the same records the network runs on.
