Information We Collect

We collect personal data only when you give it to us, or when it is required to operate the website.

• Information you submit through our consultation and contact forms: your name, company, work email address, mobile number, the purpose of your enquiry, the solution you are interested in, and the message you write.
• The page of the website from which you sent the form.
• Information you provide when you contact us directly by email, telephone, Viber or WhatsApp.
• Technical information recorded by our web server when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the date and time of the request.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not include it in your message.

How We Use It

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.

Who We Share It With

Your personal data is accessed only by WCube personnel who need it to respond to you. We share it outside the company only in these cases:

• With service providers that host our website and deliver our email, who process the data on our behalf and under our instructions.

Some of our service providers may store data on servers outside the Philippines. Where this is the case, we require them to protect it to a standard comparable to Philippine law.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry records for as long as they are needed to respond to you and to manage any resulting engagement. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted or anonymised within two (2) years of our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law.

Records relating to contracts and payments are retained for the periods required by Philippine tax and accounting regulations.

How We Protect It

We apply organisational, physical and technical measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. These include encrypted transmission of form submissions, access restricted to authorised personnel, and regular maintenance of the systems that hold the data.
